Scope and Contents

Typescript and photocopy of the minutes of the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Columbus (1828) and a photocopy of the surveyor's field notes of his survey of “the Reservation at the Cowetah Fall on the Chattahoochee River, and also of the Town of Columbus, commencing 30th of January1828”. The photocopies were made by the Surveyor General Department, Office of Secretary of State, Archives and Records Building, Atlanta, in 1966.
