The collection consists of real estate transactions (1846-1949), receipts (1859-1943), papers of the estate of Stephen McLaughlin (1882), wills (1846-1913), insurance policies, real estate transactions, legal documents, promissory notes, letters (1900-1939) and newspaper clippings.
