This folder contains certified copies (typed) of all deeds related to the history of the ownership of the Water Lots from 1841 thru 1898. It also includes 2 diagrams of both the Water Lots on the Georgia side of the Chattahoochee River, as well as the Girard town lots, indicating changes to the Alabama side of the river due to erosion over the course of several decades. These deeds and diagrams were submitted to the U.S. Circuit which was overseeing the receivership of the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company, January 31, 1898
