Burrus, Sheriff of Muscogee on behalf of Van Leonard, trustee of the Howard Manufacturing Company, sold Water Lots ##11 thru #15 to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $1,000, January 3, 1882 Sheriff’s Deed/Fiere facias (fi.fa.)/Indenture for the seizure and transfer of parts of Water Lots #2 and #3 from the Water Lot Company of Columbus and transferred to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $500, February 7, 1882 Sheriff’s Deed/Fiere facias (fi.fa.)/Indenture for the seizure and transfer of Water Lot #9 from the Water Lot Company of Columbus and transferred to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $1,650, February 7, 1882 Indenture whereby Raphael Moses Junior or New York, New York sold Water Lots #23, #24, #25 and #27 to Raphael Moses of Columbus, Georgia for $20, January 3, 1882 Related to the deed from Raphael Moses to Raphael Moses dated January 3, 1882 above is a deed of the sale of Water Lot #23 to Anthony Clegg for $19.75 at a sheriff’s sale, March 4, 1879, with his quit claim deed to Moses for the sum of $24.13 dated June 8, 1881
