Mott sold 5/6 interest in the Winters Palace Mills and Water Lot #15 to the Eagle and Phenix Manufacturing Company for $8,333.33, April 17, 1876 Indenture whereby John S. Mustian sold 1/6 interest in the Winters Palace Mills and Water Lot #15 to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $1,666.66, April 17, 1876 Commissioners’ Award of Partition of Water Lots #20 through #37 between John J. Grant, surviving partner of D & J.J. Grant on the one hand and the Eagle and Phenix Manufacturing Company on the other. The Commissioners awarded Water Lots #23, #24, #25 and #28 to John J. Grant and Water Lots #20 through #22 and #26, #27 and #29-#37 to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company, December 12, 1876
