Deed whereby Josephus Echols sold Water Lot #2 (including the Carter Factory formerly owned by Farish Carter) to the Eagle Manufacturing Company for $25,000, April 4, 1863 Deed whereby the executors of the estate of John H. Howard sold its ¼ interest in the Water Lot Company of Columbus to D. and G. Grant for $25,000, April 1863 Deed whereby William H. Young sold Water Lot #13 to the Eagle Manufacturing Company for $6,500, November 12, 1863 Copy of the minutes of a meeting of the Water Lot Company of the city of Columbus attended by Mr. Gumby, President and W. J. McAllister, Secretary also including Daniel Grant and J. J. Grant joint owners of ¼ interest in the Water Lot Company and R. M. Gumby, William N. Young, J. Rhodes Brown, J. W. Brown and JW. J. McAlister, directors representing the Eagle Manufacturing Company, which owns ¾ in the Water Lots Company. At this meeting they decided how to partition the Water Lots, November 18, 1863
