Quit Claim Deed whereby Sallie A. Pratt, wife of Richard Pratt, states that on June 25, 1871 she and her former husband W. H. Johnson sold acres of land in Eufaula, Alabama described by its metes and bounds to James J. Kendall. She, then being under 21 years of age, but now of legal age, and for the sum of $50 confirmed the sale to James J. Kendall, February 11, 1876 Deed whereby B. W. Edmunds and his wife Josephine Edmunds sold Girard town lot #238 to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $40, April 15, 1876 Deed whereby Mrs. Mahalia Nix sold Girard town lot #113 to the Eagle & Phenix Manufacturing Company for $15, June 29, 1876
