Processing Information
Four copies of the last will and testament of Henry T. Hall, the brother of Mrs. W.C. Bradley (Sarah Hall Bradley) by which he directs that his sister, Sarah Hall Bradley “have the care, custody, education and personal control” of his daughter, Minnie Hunt Hall appoints W.C. Bradley as her legal guardian, in the case of his death. His death occurred on February 22, 1903. His will leaves everything he owned, estimated to be worth $75,000, to his daughter to be held in trust until either her marriage or her 21st birthday. This folder also contains a document signed by Bradley and his oath to “well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of this State.” It also details several changes that Bradley intends to make in the composition in Hall’s investments. There is also an apparently unrelated document in which Alex Toles petitions to become the administrator of the state of John Boatwright, dated June 8, 1903.
