Scope and Contents

The scrapbook consists of newspaper clippings of the time, especially the death of Robert E. Lee, and poetry. They seem to be pasted in an old account book of McGrew & Robinson in St. Louis, Missouri. Blackmar is the agent for selling tickets to a lottery of the Public Library in Kentucky.
