554. Letter dated May 22, 1863, Madison County, Mississippi, addressed Dear sister. Letter is dim and part is missing. (2 pages)
556. Letter dated November 5, 1863, Camp near Cleavlin, Tennessee, addressed Dear Uncle, signed Felix Albert Greene, Company F, 8th Texas Calvery, Harrison's Brigade, Whorton's Division,Rome,Georgia. Letter is about the family. He mentions Cousin Dave's death in Richmond and Cousin Dock's death in Arkansas. He tells that Sister Ann is dead and his mother's cousin, John Fanning is dead. Cousin Ann McKnight is dead. Letter is also about the war. (4 pages)
