This is a letter of recommendation for Mr. Jim Burgess in regards to hiring a consultant for the study of consolidation. Attached is Jim Burgess's resume, an organizational chart of the governmental structure of Columbus, and an organizational chart of the governmental structure of Muscogee County, May 26, 1969

Item 17 – June 8, 1969 – A pamphlet printed by the Sunday Ledger-Enquirer supporting consolidation. The pamphlet is in response to an organization called The Truth about Annexation which actively opposed the plan for consolidation, June 8, 1969 This is was not present on 7/25/2015.
